Our
apprentice Josh has continued to go from strength to strength, not only
emerging as an expert welder, but becoming recognised in a series of competitions
and awards.
Josh
is a former bronze medal winner at Skillweld, has been selected for Squad UK in
the WorldSkills 2017 championship in Dubai and is due to take part in the
EuroSkills 2016 event in Gothenberg, for which he has been attending weekend
training sessions in Cumbria. Having been entered for the ‘Apprentice Of The
Year’ Award for the East of England region, Josh has now been named as a
finalist in the National Apprenticeship Awards 2016.
We
continue to be extremely proud of Josh, a student of Great Yarmouth College,
who has become a much-valued member of the L and G Engineering team and wish
him continued success.
